I think thats the intention and I hope they add some more. Nobodies disputing the game is at heart a roguelite, snobbery about them is pointless, they extend replayability. I agree, the artifacts are there for some fun (or masochism). It was quite the run, I learned never to use that artifact again. It turns almost all item drops into item selection boxes. I beat Aurelionite in the same run so also had him as a hostile NPC shortly after he spawned into my teleporter events and took some AOE from me. The Artifact of Command is an Artifact that can be found in the Hive Cluster level. I even misclicked and took another beetle guard so had two of them chasing me towards the end, never again. This is all based off of my experience with Acrid and all my playtime in game too. In this guide, ill cover what the bulk of your items should be focused around ( Command Artifact) and What skills you should take over the others. At one point I got a beetle guard and within seconds of spawning he takes some friendly fire and chases you around until you kill him and rinse and repeat. This is my personal guide to consistently get stage 8+ on Acrid on Monsoon Difficulty. I had this mindset going into it with friendly fire that the enemies would be AOE ing each other and attacking each other but nah it was all my damage getting reflected back onto me. I used it with friendly fire the other day. These crystals explode when destroyed, dealing moderate damage to players and monsters alike. However, to initiate the Teleporter Event, the player must destroy three of a handful of Time Crystals scattered across the map. Originally posted by Cool Birb:No command has no down side, but I made a rule for myself to only use command on monsoon with 2 other bad artifacts, to balance things out and make the game more interesting The Prismatic Trials is a special, solo-only game mode where players compete for the fastest time of completing 2 stages.
